I’ve been using this topper for a bit now and it’s comfortable overall. It has helped my back heaps, which I’m really happy about. It is just a little firmer than I expected, but still a good buy.

I bought this from latexbeddingco.com.au because I thought it would be something that lasted for years, especially for the price. It felt really comfortable at the start, but less than a year in, it’s already sagging and doesn’t feel anything like it did when I first got it.
Now I’m waking up sore and feeling like the mattress has worn out way too quickly. I’m disappointed, and for what I paid, I’d expect the company to make this right somehow because this definitely doesn’t feel like normal wear

I really thought this would sleep cooler, but nope... it gets way too hot. Most nights I end up waking up sweaty and tossing around trying to find a cool spot, which is annoying! If you’re someone who’s always cold, maybe it would work for you? But for me, it’s been uncomfortable and not at all what I was hoping for

The delivery took way too long. I was waiting around with basically no updates, which got annoying after a while. not the best experience.

The mattress feels fine when I’m lying in the middle, but the edges sink way too much. If I sit on the side to put on shoes or get out of bed, I feel like I’m sliding right off. I tried reaching out for help, but it felt like I got stuck in a support loop with no real solution. Overall, it just wasn’t worth it for me.

It might be a good fit for some people, but for me it ended up being a pricey mistake. I wouldn’t buy it again

Well... the return and exchange process felt slow and confusing. I had to keep chasing replies, it ended up being way more annoying than I expected.

I didn’t realize this mattress was gonna be this heavy. Getting it into the house and onto the bed was such a pain, and trying to move it again later was even worse. The handles didn’t really help much either. My back was hurting after all that. I wouldn’t buy it again just because of how hard it is to move.
